Shipping Policy
At PBCards, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and efficiently. Below you'll find information about our shipping process and delivery times.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the European Union, including:
- Denmark
- Sweden
- Finland
- Germany
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- France
- Other EU countries
Additional destinations may be added in the future. As all orders ship within the EU, no customs duties or import fees apply.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Sweden & Finland: 2–5 business days
- Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France: 2–5 business days
- Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or periods of high demand.
Shipping Costs
We ship with GLS and PostNord. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order will be shipped once they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available. Contact us if you'd like in-stock items shipped separately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PBCards cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
