We specialize in trading card games, collectibles, accessories, and related products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order.
- Limit quantities purchased.
- Verify payment information before processing an order.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are items that are not yet available for immediate shipment.
Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery dates are estimates.
- Delays may occur outside of our control.
- Partial shipments may occur depending on product availability.
Pre-orders may be cancelled by the customer for a full refund at any time before the product ships.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, and other external factors.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Returned items must generally be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned within the applicable return period
Please note that trading card products must be returned unopened with seals intact for a full refund — if a sealed product is opened, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value, up to 100% for opened booster products, as described in our Refund Policy. Gift cards are non-refundable.
8. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, website design, text, and branding, is the property of PBCards or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
All trademarks, product names, brand names, characters, and related imagery belong to their respective owners. PBCards is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card game publisher or license holder. Product images are used solely to identify the genuine products offered for sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PBCards shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
