How do I cancel?

Under your account → Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime, with no commitment.

Can I join again?

Yes. If you cancel, you can join again after 14 days.

When do I get exclusive drops and the birthday gift?

Once you've been a member for 30 days in a row. If you rejoin after cancelling, your membership time starts over – both the 30 days and your cashback level.

What happens to my cashback if I return something?

Cashback is given when the order has been paid. If the order is cancelled or refunded, the cashback is withdrawn – in proportion for partial refunds.

How does the weekly spin work?

As a member you can spin the wheel once a week – a new week starts on Monday. Cashback and discount codes arrive right away, a bonus ticket joins the giveaway, and a prize wheel spin happens in our next livestream. The odds are shown on the page.

How do exclusive drops work?

For the first 24 hours only members can buy – max. 1 per member. If you bought in the latest drop, you wait until it opens to everyone, so other members get a chance too. After that, the drop becomes a regular product.

When do I get member prices?

When you are logged in as a member. If you join on an order, you get member prices on that whole order right away.

Can business customers join?

No, the membership is for private customers.
